A sit-up is a classic exercise usually introduced to someone at a young age, for instance in a physical education class in elementary school. You lie flat on your back with your legs together with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Place your hand behind your head and raise your upper body until you are sitting upright.

6. Squats

squats

Squats are probably the hardest exercises of all that we have listed, and by hardest, I mean hurt the most as squats work several muscles in your upper body and your lower body. Your feet should be shoulder-width apart with your toes slightly turned outward. Make sure to keep your heels on the ground the entire time. bend your knees as if you are going to sit back in a chair (an invisible chair). Your goal is to get your thighs even with your knees and parallel to the ground. Come back and repeat. Feel the burn the day after.
